I think the only honest emphasis for a 9/11 movement should be Investigate, Investigate, Investigate.
Back in the day, "9/11 Truth" meant we want the truth. Now, "9/11 Truth" means we have the truth. No investigation necessary: We know the towers were demolished/struck by exotic weapons/missiles whatever. The questions have been answered to the satisfaction of the adherents. Now, it's a Truth cult.
